Welcome to Schallmo Assisted Living Center
in Okeene, Oklahoma. Schallmo allows residents to maintain independence and have freedom of choice, while receiving supervision, and assistance with activities of daily living.

Schallmo is licensed for 20 private units by the Oklahoma State Department of Health and managed by Okeene Municipal Hospital under the direction of a certified Administrator.

All direct care staff receive specific training, including CPR and first aid techniques. Nurses aides are certified by the State of Oklahoma.

Professional services by a Physician,
Registered Nurse, Pharmacist and
Dietitian are provided according to
state guidelines.
